Terms of Service
The use of the Coin Ring Simulator site and application has no warranty expressly or implied. The coin ring renderings are for illustration purposes only.

Who we are
Our website address is: https://coinringsimulator.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it:

Contact forms
Contact form(s) are used to make it easy for you to contact us, and at the same time, limiting the amount of spam email we receive. When you submit your inquiry through our contact form(s), we store the data you submit for future reference, in case we need to get back to you.

Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Google Analytics
The only tracking we do on our site is via use of Google Analytics so that we can better understand our visitors.

How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you using our Privacy Tools, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How we protect your data
Our site uses a valid SSL for all page requests, meaning that all content is encrypted between you and your browser.

We always keep WordPress and all plugins up to date for increased security. We use security plugins for security monitoring, bot login prevention, security scans and routine audits.

Caching
This site utilizes page caching and browser caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

Submitting a Coin
By submitting coin photos for use in the coin presets, you are confirming you have taken the photos yourself, and are the copyright holder for those photos – I’m not able to include the coin photos in the presets otherwise. Not all coins submitted will be accepted for the presets.
